Thoughts On Failing

Hello everyone!

I wanted to give my input on what failing looks like to me and bring clarity on anyone who may be stuck and needs a different perspective on this.

I have failed many times in my life whether it’s a relationship, a moment, a job opportunity you name it. We all have moments in life where we fail, there is no way around it, we are not all born perfect and I learned to accept that in my life. I used to be very hard on myself from failing because I expect so much out of myself and I used to and still think about a million ways how I could have done something different. It wasn’t until the more recent years of my life where I put my past failings in storage and I move forward with future opportunities and experiences because they were always on my shoulder holding me down from completing what needed to get done.

Failing to me used to be a burden, but now a learning experience. We should all embrace failing because it can make us better. I used to be ashamed of it and now it is another thing to add to my personal resume. Failing does not make you a failure, failure is what you make out of it.

Cheers,

Jordan Lee
